Born on August 31, 1960, in Warner Robbins, she was the daughter of the late Roy C. Wilburn Sr. and Billie Ruth Parks Wilburn. Her favorite pastimes were bowling, shopping, cooking for family and friends, and arts and crafts, loved ones stated.
Survivors include brothers, Roy Wilburn Jr. and Charlie Wilborn, both of Warner Robins; sister, Gail Sloan, Winder; niece, Candis Wilburn, Macon; stepchildren, Eddie and Tabatha Knott; grandson, Caleb Knott; aunts and uncles, Abe and Elsie Rivers, Christine Parks; cousins and other family members, Cindy and Joe Bohannan, Mason and D.J. Born in Greenville, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Robert and Frances James Richardson. She was a member of Carter Hill Christian Church and had worked at Winder Rug Mill as a weaver. Mrs. Peppers was preceded in death by her husband, Willis Dean Peppers.

Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Lee Brown.
