COMMERCE – Montine Lavonia Wilson, 86, died Friday, January 9, 2009, at her residence, following an extended illness.
She was the daughter of the late Sanford Stanford and Kate Ramsden Clack, and the widow of William Lloyd Wilson.
Survivors include a son, Nim Wesley Wilson, Lawrenceville; daughters, Dorothy Evelyn Clack, Commerce, and Helen W. Smith, Lawrenceville; sister, Lucille Clack, Lawrenceville; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, January 12, in the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home, with the Revs. Bill Carpenter and Raymond Wilson officiating. Graveside services were held at the Rock Spring United Methodist Church cemetery in Lawrenceville.
Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, was in charge of arrangements.
