Paula Mitchell

Paula Sonja Hunt Mitchell, 69, of Athens, died Saturday, June 7, 2008.

She was born on March 29, 1939, in Troup County, the daughter of the late William and Vera Smith Hunt. She was a retired accountant with the Corps of Engineers and was Baptist.

Survivors include a daughter, Sonya Seagraves, Athens; and granddaughter, Amanda Seagraves, Athens.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 10, at 11 a.m., in the Evans Memory Gardens with the Rev. Doyle Sims officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Commerce Veterinary Hospital, 1012 S. Broad St., Commerce, GA 30529.

Evans Funeral Home, Jefferson, is in charge of arrangements.
