Ann Marguerite Overbey, 35, of Winder, died Friday, December 26, 2008.
Born in York, Pa., she was the daughter of Linda and Richard Haley of Winder. She was employed by Helping Hand Lawn Service as a supervisor.
Survivors in addition to her parents, include her husband, Nicholas Overbey, Winder; a daughter, Sharon Lynn Smith; step-son, Nicholas Overbey Jr.; and brother, Christopher A. Mabe Sr., Winder.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 31, at 2 p.m., at Smith Memory Chapel with Pastor Maurice Graham officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 30, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Smith Funeral Home, Winder, is in charge of arrangements.
