Sue “NeNaw” McKinney Milam, 65, of Maysville, died Sunday, December 21, 2008.
Born on January 14, 1943, in Franklin, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late Carl and Willie Mae Tate McKinney. Mrs. Milam was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Lee Milam; son, Chadwick Heath Milam; grandson, Dusten Weaver; and a brother, Clayton McKinney.
Survivors include daughters and son-in-law, Connie Weaver, Trina Milam and David Parks; son, Scott Milam; sisters, Jan Goforth, Kaye McKinney; sister-in-law, Jewell McKinney; grandchildren, Jeffrey Clay Milam, Austen Weaver, Chelsea Burdett, Amber Milam, Dalton Milam and Brittany Dockery.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 23, in the chapel of Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with the Rev. Bobby Wood officiating. Burial was in Youngs Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jeffery Clay Milam, Austen Weaver, Ben Weaver, David Parks, Jimmy McKinney and Ricky Bruce.
Olin L. Gammage & Sons Funeral Home, Cedartown, was in charge of arrangements.
