Nevitt Galloway, 67, of Clarkesville, died Thursday, December 18, 2008, at his residence following an extended illness.

Born in Toccoa on August 18, 1941, he was the son of the late Harland Walls and Ola Irene Shirley Galloway.
Mr. Galloway was the father of Teresa and Billy Ford of Homer.

Funeral services were held Saturday, December 20, at Shirley Grove Baptist Church with the Revs. Mike Franklin, Dennis Ledford and Charles Alexander officiating.
