Larry Hubbard, 64, of Maysville, died Tuesday, December 16, 2008, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.
Born in Jackson County, he was the son of the late Bennie and Katie Mae Ward Hubbard. He was a member of Ridgeway Baptist Church and was employed as a styrofoam molder.
Survivors include his wife, Janice Faulkner Hubbard, Maysville; a son, Tim Hubbard, Maysville; daughter, Kim Mabry, Homer; brother, Curtis Hubbard, Oakwood; and grandchildren, Cade Hubbard, Emmett Mabry and Camden Mabry.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 19, at 11 a.m. at the Homer United Methodist Church with the Revs. Jim McLendon and Mike Faulkner officiating. Burial will be in Jackson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m.
Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.

a good man daddy husdand an friend never heard a bad word or a complainet.I was proud to have known LARRY an know im better for it. The rabbits around Maysville are a little safer.But I know they will know Larry is gone.But I hope they rabbit hunt in heaven.Maysville lost a good MAN an a good friend.
