Thersie Brock Satterfield, 82, of Gainesville, died Tuesday, December 16, 2008, at her residence following a brief illness.

Born in Putnam County, she was the daughter of the late John Ruben and Susie Simmons Brock.

Mrs. Satterfield was the mother of Peggy and Tommy Conner of Maysville.

Funeral services were held Thursday, December 18, in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with the Rev. Marshall Garmon officiating.
