William Thomas Shaw, age 18, of Winder, died December 13, 2008. A lifelong resident of Barrow County, he was the son of Maria Holbrook and the late Kenneth Holbrook. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Donald Cox.
Survivors include his wife, Chrissy Shaw, Winder; children, Cheyenne Shaw, Taylor Shaw and Kenneth Thomas Shaw, all of Winder; brother, Kyle Holbrook, Winder; grandparents, Betty and Larry Lewis, Winder, Wendy and Bill Kenyon, LaGrange, Betty and Carl Holbrook, Ranger; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Brian and Angel Primavera, Winder; and grandparents-in-law, Chuck and Jeanne Price, Winder.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, December 18, 2008 from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2 - 4 p.m. and from 6 - 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Duncan’s Creek Congregational Church Cemetery.
Carter Funeral Home of Winder is in charge of arrangements.
