Rev. Luther Campbell

Rev. Luther Clinton Campbell, 79, of Lula, died Tuesday, December 2, 2008, at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, following an extended illness.

Rev. Campbell was the brother of Roger Campbell and Jessie Campbell, both of Commerce.

Funeral services were held Saturday, December 6, at Silver Shoals Baptist Church with the Revs. Joel Shadburn, Dennis Taylor, Clarence Reynolds, Roy Clark and Trent Campbell officiating, with the Revs. Perry Smith, Tim Beasly and Swayne Cochran officiating at the graveside.

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, was in charge of arrangements.
