Lenisa Gilmore

Lenisa Januchowski Gilmore, 50, of Dewy Rose, died Sunday, November 16, 2008, at the Cobb Memorial Hospital in Royston.

Born in Coral Gables, Fla., on February 26, 1958, she was the daughter of Len and Patricia Powell Januchowski of Savannah. She was a homemaker and member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Bowman.

Survivors in addition to her parents include her husband, Joey Gilmore, Dewy Rose; sons, Jeremiah Gilmore, Omaha, Neb., and Jeshuah, Nathaneal and Baruch Gilmore, all of Dewy Rose; daughters, Desiree, Dominique and Matanah Gilmore, all of Dewy Rose, and Jenica Price, Athens; brothers, Gary Januchowski, Colbert, and Eric Januchowski, Savannah; sisters, Dorothy Kay, North Pole, Alaska, and Susie Olsen, Savannah; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Thursday, November 20, at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Bowman with the Rev. John Todd officiating.

Pruitt Funeral Home, Royston, was in charge of arrangements.
