J.B. Page

Johnnie Benson “J.B.’ Page, 87, of Winder, died Saturday, May 31, 2008.

He was born in Hartwell, the son of the late Albert and Cola Snellgrove Page. He was a member of the Winder First United Methodist Church, member of the Winder Lodge #333, where he served as Past Worshipful Master, was a brick mason by trade, and had also worked for Quality Foods for 10 years. Mr. Page was a veteran, having served in the United States Army.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Page, Winder; daughters, Sandra Mingus and Susan Treadwell, both of Winder; a son, Stanley Page, Winder; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Ophelia Wilkes, Lilburn.
Funeral services were held Monday, June 2, at Smith Memory Chapel with the Rev. Larry Rary officiating. Burial was in Barrow Memorial Gardens.

Smith Funeral Home, Winder, was in charge of arrangements.
