John Stanley Lapczynski, 72, of Lexington, died Monday, November 17, 2008.

Born in New Brunswick, N.J., he was the son of the late John and Joan Lapczynski.

Mr. Lapczynski was the brother of Thomas J. Lapczynski of Colbert.

Memorial services will be held Sunday, November 23, at Lord & Stephens Oglethorpe Chapel in Crawford.
