Nena McDougald

Nena Mae McDougald, 95, of Commerce, formerly of Winder, died Sunday, November 9, 2008.

A native of Gwinnett County, she was the daughter of the late Ben and Carrie Hayes Wilkins. She was a retired seamstress and was a member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church. Mrs. McDougald was preceded in death by her husband, Allen McDougald.

Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Jack and Clarice McDougald, Young Harris, Jerry and Shirley McDougald, Macon; brother and sister-in-law, Hoyt and Charlene Wilkins, Hoschton; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Tuesday, November 11, at Cedar Creek Baptist Church cemetery with the Rev. Shuford Jones officiating.

Carter Funeral Home, Winder, was in charge of arrangements.
