Paula Brock

Paula Louise Cromer Brock, 52, of Colbert, died Wednesday, October 29, 2008, at the Landmark Hospital in Athens.
She was born in Franklin County on December 27, 1955, the daughter of Shirley Hobbs Ford of Danielsville and the late Gene Cromer. She was a retail manager employed at Walmart.

Survivors in addition to her mother, include her husband, Wayne Brock; a son, Tim Brock, Comer; daughters, Cyndi Brock and Sara Brock, both of Athens, and Mandy Lawson, Hull; brothers, Pat Cromer and Alan Ford, both of Colbert, Randy Cromer, Danielsville, and Billy Ford, Hull; sisters, Sherry Soloman, Macon, and Nita Parr, North Dakota; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Friday, October 31, in the chapel of Pruitt Funeral Home with the Rev. Terry James officiating. Burial was in Danielsville Memorial Gardens.

Pruitt Funeral Home, Danielsville, was in charge of arrangements.
