Kay S. Cochran, 45, of Dahlonega, died Monday, October 27, 2008, at her residence.
She was the daughter of Emily Simmons of Alto and the late Branson Heard Simmons.
Mrs. Cochran was the sister of Wendell Simmons of Alto, Kenneth Simmons of Banks County and Karen Pope of Jefferson.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 29, at 4 p.m., in the chapel of Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega with the Rev. James Harvey officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, October 28, from 3 to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday until the time of service.
Banister Funeral Home, Dahlonega, is in charge of arrangements.
