John Robert "Buddy" Lynch, 72, of Winder, died Wednesday, October 22, 2008.
Born in Barrow County, he was the son of the late Robert A. and Annie Bell Vanderford Lynch. He was a member of Eastside Baptist Church and was employed by Smith Funeral Home in Winder.
Survivors include his wife, Fran Lynch, Winder; a son, Keith A. Lynch, Germany; daughter, Robin Motsinger, Winder; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a sister, Sara Joe Standridge.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 25, at 2 p.m., at Smith Memory Chapel with the Rev. Darrell Gilmer officiating. Burial will be at Barrow Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, October 24, from 6 to 9 p.m.
