Mary Amelia “Mimi” Trest, 62, of Athens, died Wednesday, October 15, 2008.

She was the daughter of the late Frank and Amelia Flor Nelms.

Mrs. Trest was the sister of Julie Nelms of Hull.

Funeral services were held Sunday, October 19, in the chapel of Bernstein Funeral Home.
