Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late George and Annie Sue Miller Stowe. Mrs. Allen was preceded in death by her husband, Winfred Owen Allen.

Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Ann Caldwell, Commerce; son, Winfred David Allen, Commerce; brother, Willard Stowe, Commerce; sister, Ann Talley, Toccoa; and a grandson, Justin Joe Caldwell.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 22, at 2 p.m., in the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home. Burial will be in Jackson Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, October 21, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
