Brenda Reems

Brenda K. Reems, 57, of Alto, died Saturday, October 18, 2008.

She was born in Hall County on March 23, 1951, the daughter of the late Arthur and Dora Bell Butler Parker. She was a member of Grace and Mercy Ministries, and was a supervisor with VCC Child Support Enforcement.

Survivors include her husband, Mike Reems, Alto; sons and daughters-in-law, the Rev. Keith Reems and Amy Reems, Clermont, Brent and Tara Reems, Mt. Airy, and Neil Reems, Alto; and a brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Linda Parker, Lula.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 21, at 11 a.m., at the Whitfield Funeral Home with the Revs. Keith Reems and Wayne Tench officiating. Burial will be in the Yonah Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, October 20, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
