Earl Robinson Sr., 84, of Cornelia, died Thursday, October 16, 2008, at Atlanta Medical Center.

He was born on January 29, 1924, in Stephens County, the son of the late Fain and Mammie Tomlin Robinson.
Mr. Robinson was the father of Mickey Robinson of Alto.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 18, at 2 p.m., at the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, with the Rev. Billy Burrell and Dr. Jim Ferguson officiating. Burial will be in Yonah Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, October 17, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.

Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, is in charge of arrangements.
