Lanier Moon

Aubrey Lanier Moon, 45, of Danielsville, died Sunday, October 12, 2008, at his residence.

He was born in Franklin County on June 27, 1963, the son of the late Darrell and Rebecca House Hemrick. He was a carpenter in the construction industry and was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Bowman. Mr. Moon was preceded in death by a brother, Buddy Moon.

Survivors include a brother, David McElroy, Danielsville; sisters, Christy Hardeman, Winterville, and Wanda Shackelford, Danielsville; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Memorial services were held Monday, October 13, in the chapel of Pruitt Funeral Home.

Pruitt Funeral Home, Royston, was in charge of arrangements.
