Mollie L. Whitfield, 87, of Union City, died Tuesday, October 7, 2008.

She was the sister of Carl Stewart of Hoschton.

Funeral services will be held Friday, October 10, at 2 p.m., at Horis A. Ward’s Tara Chapel in Jonesboro. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in College Park. The family will receive friends Thursday, October 9, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Horis A. Ward Funeral Home, Tara Chapel, Jonesboro, is in charge of arrangements.
