STATHAM – Euraneous John McLocklin, 88, passed away Monday, May 27, 2013.

He was the son of the late John Nathaniel and Mae Boyd McLocklin. He was a United States Army veteran and served in World War II. He worked for Statham Garment for over 30 years and was a member of Bogart Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by three brothers, James, E.L., and Chester McLocklin.

Survivors include his wife of over 67 years, Frances D. McLocklin, Statham; a daughter, Ann Power, Winder; two brothers, C.W. and Bunt McLocklin, both of Statham; a sister, Odanious Lackley, Statham; two grandchildren, Caroline Power Evans and Steve Power; and one great-grandchild, Power Evans.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 29, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 30, at McLocklin Cemetery in Statham with Preacher Ken Young and Donald Hogan officiating. Burial will follow the service.
