Lola Mae Kidd, 97, of Comer, died Friday, October 3, 2008.
A native of Madison County, she was the daughter of the late William T. and Nona Carithers Smith. She was a member of New Hope Presbyterian Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd Allen Kidd; a son, Bobby Gene Kidd; and daughter, Hazel Virginia Bell.
Survivors include a daughter, Louise Bell; son, Allen Kidd; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 21 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, October 6, at Brown Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. William Anglin officiating. Burial was in the Fork Cemetery. Grandsons and Grandsons-in-law served as pallbearers.
Brown Funeral Home, Danielsville, was in charge of arrangements.
