BRASELTON - Ernest Briseno Hernandez, 77, passed away suddenly Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at his residence.
He was born in Dallas, Texas, on November 7, 1935, the son of the late Jesus and Eloisa Hernandez. He was of the Catholic denomination and golf marshal at Reunion Golf Course.
Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Honey B. Hernandez, Braselton; daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Jesus Maldonado; son and daughter-in-law, Frank and Sylvia Hernandez; daughter, Maria Banda; daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Anthony Banda; son and daughter-in-law, Jesus and Sarah Hernandez; 15 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; brother, Raul Hernandez; sister and brother-in-law, Beatrice and Benny Molina; several nieces and nephews, all of Dallas, Texas; and his beloved dog, Jasper.
Funeral services were held Saturday, April 27, from the chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home. Deacon Paul Krarup officiated.
