SAVANNAH - Martha Elizabeth Spratlin Miller, 92, went peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, February 22, 2013. She was well-taken-care-of for the past 10 years by the staff of Westview Nursing & Rehab, in Port Wentworth.
She was the daughter of the late Pelham L. and Martha Strother Spratlin. She was a member of Ross Chapel in Watkinsville and was the widow of the late Melvin Lewis Miller Sr.
Survivors include her children, Pelham (Glenda) Miller, Melvin Lewis (Yvonne) Miller Jr., Donald (Eloise) Miller, Martha Pierce, Carolyn (Wayne) Wills, and Patsy (Buddy) Walker; brother, Enouch "Bobo" Spratlin; 17 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, February 26, at Brown Chapel. The Rev. Wayne Wills will officiate. Burial will follow at the Huff Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Josh Chumley, Brandon Pierce, Dewayne Pierce, Shane Dillon, Troy Pierce, and Justin Chancey.
Brown Chapel, Danielsville, is in charge of the arrangements.
