JEFFERSON - William Napier Brown, 79, passed away on Monday, February 4, 2013.
He was a veteran of the United States Army and served in the Korean War. He was retired from working in security and was of the Catholic denomination. Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his wife, Rosaleen McSheffrey Brown.
Survivors include a son, Rodney Brown, Cumming; daughters, Melissa Brown, Nevada, and Adrienne Brown Meyer, Gillsville; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 12, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Deacon John Burke officiating. Burial will follow in the Evans Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
