DANIELSVILLE - Shannon Brian Hoxit, 39, died Saturday, January 5, 2013, at his residence.
He was born in Westminster, S.C., the son of Terri Anne Hoxit of Commerce. He was employed with Roper Pump Company.
Survivors in addition to his mother, include his wife, Candice Boswell Hoxit, Danielsville; children, Cassi Hoxit, Madison Hoxit, and Montana Hoxit (Ashley), all of Danielsville; and grandparents, Henry and Mary Anne Tomkins, Commerce.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, January 7, at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the Rev. Donald Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in Jackson Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Kirk Standridge, Joe Mimbs, Tommy Slater, Tim Pursley, Myles Brookshire and George Mathis. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday, January 6, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce is in charge of arrangements.
