GAINESVILLE - Mary Louise Grimes, 73, died Saturday, December 22, 2012.

A native of Pendergrass, she was the daughter of the late C.P. and Thelma Gee Cooper. She was preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Cooper.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Marie and Tim Armour; three sisters; three brothers; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Memorial services were held Wednesday, December 26, at Lord & Stephens Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Hopsice, P.O. Box 6588, Athens, GA 30604.

Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, EAST, Athens, was in charge of arrangements.
