JEFFERSON - James Brown passed away Monday, December 17, 2012.
Mr. Brown was a retired educator, coach, and assistant principal in Jackson County. He was a loving father and husband.
The home-going funeral celebration will be held on Saturday, December 22, at 12 noon at St. Paul First Baptist Church in Jefferson. On Friday, December 21, visitation in Jefferson will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Evans Funeral Chapel, Jefferson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be mailed to Attention: Mrs. Doris Brown, 49 Curry Dr., Jefferson, GA 30549, made payable to The Brown, Davis, Victrum Scholarship and/or The Boys and Girls Clubs of Jackson County.
Moss-Stovall Neal Funeral Home, Inc. of Toccoa is be in charge of arrangements.
