AUBURN - Sammy Adams, 51, died Tuesday, December 11, 2012.

Born in Fulton County, he was a son of the late Billy and Lavonia Ethel Brumbalow Adams.

Survivors include his wife, Debbie Adams, Auburn; stepsons, Keith Boone, Marietta and Steven Martin, Statham; granddaughter, Caylie Boone; and siblings, Rick Adams, Ball Ground, Cindy Saraga, Apex, N.C., Billy Adams, Sugar Hill, Lynn Nixon, Loganville, and Billy Adams, Jr. Elberton.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 15, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Carter Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 12 noon until service time.

Carter Funeral Home, Winder, is in charge of arrangements.
