MONROE – Willie Agnes Casper, 86, passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2012.
Mrs. Casper was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Casper.
She was a loving and devoted mother who lived for the Lord. She enjoyed spending time with her pet friend, Max. She retired from Statham Elementary School after 32 years of service.
Survivors include a son, Herbert James Thigpen, Bethlehem; a daughter, Joyce Annette Anderson, Bethlehem; and several cousins.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 1, at 2 p.m. in Smith Memory Chapel. Burial will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday, November 30, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Smith Funeral Home, Winder, is in charge of arrangements.
