COMER - Ora Kellum Kidd, 96, died Monday, November 26, 2012.

A native of Elbert County, she was the daughter of the late Gip and Etta Guest Kellum. Mrs. Kidd was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Kidd; and siblings, Dora King, Otis Kellum, Geneva Reeves, and Jessie Lee Kellum.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday December 1, at 1 p.m. at Brown Chapel, Danielsville, with the Revs. Rodney Owens and Jim Dykes officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, prior to the service, at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Comer Baptist Church.

Brown Chapel, Danielsville, has charge of arrangements.
