BOGART - Mary Josephine Gardner, 59, died Monday, November 19, 2012, at Athens Regional Medical Center.

A native of Atlanta, she was the daughter of the late Everett Glenn and Florence Josephine Culbertson Gardner.

Survivors include her significant other, Sandy Carmen; a daughter, Lesley Miller; sister, Glynda Ann Gardner; grandchildren, Russell Wesley Miller and Lyndsy Dayle Smith; and niece, Dawn Bray.

Services will be private.

Lord & Stephens Danielsville is in charge of arrangements.
