COMMERCE – William Kimsey Wiley, 64, passed away at his residence Sunday, November 11, 2012.
He was born in Habersham County, the son of the late Henry and Annie Mae Chitwood Wiley. He was the owner and operator of Wiley’s Mobile Home Service for over 30 years. Mr. Wiley was preceded in death by four half-brothers and three half-sisters.
Survivors include his wife Paula Sims Wiley, Commerce; two daughters, Stephanie (Ricky) Potts, Commerce and Marcie (Darian) Parson, Lula; one brother, Kenneth Wiley, Homer; stepdaughters, Danielle (James) Ehrlich and April Couch all of Commerce; one half-brother, and two half-sisters; four grandchildren, Josh (Brittany) Potts, Shelby Parson, Jessica Potts and Mallory Parson; one great-grandchild, Lucy Potts; and his beloved dog, Gus.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 13, at 3 p.m. from the Homer Baptist Church with Revs. Donald Wilson and Charles Crabbe officiating. Burial will be in the Banks County Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Monday, November 12, from 5-9 p.m.
