Louise Burroughs Pierce, born August 3, 1915, went to her Eternal Rest after declining health on Saturday, September 15, 2012.

She was born in Commerce, the daughter of the late James (Jim) and Ora Burroughs. Mrs. Pierce was retired from St. Joseph Hospital as a registered nurse. Mrs. Pierce was preceded in death by three brothers; and two sisters.

Survivors include a sister, Cornelia Hargrove, Lilburn; sister-in-law, Robbie Burroughs; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 21, during the 11 a.m. worship service at Rogers Baptist Church, Rogers Community, Commerce.

Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
