Narville Gee Jr., 76, of Pendergrass, died Thursday, September 11, 2008, at Lanier Park Hospital, following a brief illness.
Born in Jackson County, he was the son of the late Narville Gee Sr. and Willo Nell Smith Gee. He was a self employed carpenter and a member of Mountain Creek Baptist Church. Mr. Gee was preceded in death by his wife, Kris Buffington Gee; and a brother, Kenny Gee.
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald and Margaret Gee, Talmo, and David and Teresa Gee, Pendergrass; brother and sister-in-law, Calvin and Hazel Gee, Jefferson; sisters, Alma Fulbright, Carnesville, and Deanie Richardson, Hoschton; sister-in-law, Sara B. Gee, Jefferson; granddaughter and spouse, April and Eddie Harder, Watkinsville; grandsons, Stephen and Andrew Gee, both of Pendergrass; great-granddaughters, Azlynn and Jaycee Harder, Watkinsville; and a number of nieces, nephews, and a host of other friends.
Graveside services were held Saturday, September 13, at Memorial Park Cemetery with the Revs. Charles Jenkins and Mark Spence officiating.
Memorial Park Funeral Home, Gainesville, was in charge of arrangements.
