COLBERT - Jack Burroughs, 85, died Tuesday, September 25, 2012.
He was the son of the late Charlie and Tillie Nash Burroughs. Mr. Burroughs was preceded in death by his wife of almost 60 years, Betty Burroughs.
Survivors include children, Pete (Bridget Paul), Crawford, and Beth (Darrell) Wages, Colbert; four grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren.
Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, East, Athens, is in charge of arrangements.
