Lorine Walls (9-19-12)

HULL - Vera Lorine Bishop Walls, 92, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2012.

She was born July 30, 1920, the daughter of the late Charlie and Mary Lomax Bishop. Mrs. Walls was preceded in death by a daughter, Dianne Bishop; son, Larry Walls; and son-in-law, Dennis Gipson.

Survivors include her husband, William Walls; children, Helen (Donald) Bond, Ila, David (Brenda) Walls, Hull, Joyce (Vic) Huff, Hull, Barbara Gipson, Carnesville, Eugene Walls, Hull, and Deborah (Ken) Riddleberger, Jefferson; son-in-law, Wayne Bishop, Hull; sister, Mildred (Vern) Hammond, Bishop; ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, September 21, at Bethel Holiness Church in Ila with the Revs. Curtis Phillips, Marty Smith, Stevie Coomes, and Larry Dyer officiating. Interment will follow at the Bethel Holiness Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, September 20, and from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Friday, September 21.

Pallbearers will be Lamar Bond, Tracy Gipson, Mark Gipson, Trent Holman, Adam Bishop, Rodney Baker, Brett Simonson, and Cruz Bennett.
