Patsy Allen

Patsy Allen, 75, of Winder, died Tuesday, September 16, 2008.

Born in Barrow County, she was the daughter of the late Ralph C. and Martha Ruth Foster Pharr. She was a member of Union Baptist Church, was retired from R&R Manufacturing, and then a secretary for Allen Concrete Products. Mrs. Allen was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Allen; and a brother, Kenneth Pharr.

Survivors include a daughters and son-in-law, Kathy Elaine Allen, Marcia and Tim Reynolds, all of Winder; grandchildren, Joe and Krista Reynolds, Andrew Jackson, Michael and Miranda Reynolds; great-grandchildren, Morgan and Bryson Reynolds, Hailey, Shuler and Kaylah Reynolds, and Brody Jackson; sister-in-law, Beverly Pharr, Winder; nieces and nephews, Lynn and Leslie Harbin and Mike and Tammy Pharr.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 20, at 2 p.m., at Union Baptist Church with the Rev. Rudy Camp officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 18, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
