CONYERS – Robert Alan “UBA” Forgay Jr., 38, died Saturday, July 21, 2012.
He was the son of Bobby and Becky Forgay of Conyers and was preceded in death by his grandmother, Granny Pooh Forgay; and grandfather, Maxie Fletcher.
He was a video game enthusiast and loved being Uncle Big Al (UBA) to his niece and nephew.
Survivors in addition to his parents include a brother and sister-in-law, Ryan and Amy Forgay; niece, Ellie Forgay, Temple; sister and brother-in-law, Ashley and Frank Travieso; nephew, Frank Travieso, Athens; grandparents, Bob and Navona Forgay, Jefferson, and Betty Fletcher, Valdosta; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 24, at 11 a.m., at the First Baptist Church of Conyers. Burial will be at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, July 23, from 5 to 8 p.m.
