COMMERCE - Frank Loggins, Jr., 84, died Thursday, July 5, 2012 at his residence.
Born in Commerce, he was the son of the late Frank and Florene Adams Loggins. He was a member of Living Word Worship Center and was a retired diesel mechanic. Mr. Loggins was preceded in death by sons, Ronnie and Terry Loggins.
Survivors include his wife, Jo Nell Wills Loggins, Commerce; a son, Michael Loggins, Brunswick, Ohio; stepsons, Callie McElreath, Danielsville, and David Gee, Greensboro; stepdaughters, Joyce White, Atlanta, Donna Ayers, Danielsville, and Debbie Looney, Nicholson; and several step-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday, July 9 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the Rev. Douglas Lee officiating. interment followed in the Freedom Church of God Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday, July 8, from 6 to 8 p.m.
The family would like to express their appreciation to Homestead Hospice for their loving care and concern during Mr. Loggins' illness.
