COMMERCE – Shanna Marie Rucker, 40, died Saturday, June 30, 2012, at her residence.
Born in Clarke County, she was the daughter of Leroy C. and Lizzie Bell Gillespie Rucker of Commerce.
Survivors in addition to her parents include daughters, Shantae Janise Mitchell and D’Shaylah M. Elizabeth Mitchell, both of Commerce; sisters, Denise Rucker and Tina Rucker, both of Commerce; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 6, at 2 p.m. from Neals Grove with Pastor John F. Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, July 5, from 5 to 7 p.m.
Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
