Ben Fitzpatrick (5-28-12)

WINDER – Ben Fitzpatrick, 31, died Monday, May 28, 2012.

Born in Williamson, W. Va., he was the son of Kimberly Fitzpatrick of Winder. He was a mechanic for Jiffy Lube and had lived in Winder for the last three years coming from Williamson, W.Va.

Survivors in addition to his mother, include his wife, Jamie Fitzpatrick, Winder; a son, D.J. Fitzpatrick, Winder; daughters, Madison Fitzpatrick, Mkayla Smith and Emily Coker, all of Winder; and a sister, Susie (Charlie) Fitzpatrick Marks, Winder.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, May 31, at 4 p.m. from Smith Memory Chapel with the Rev. Gary Smith officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. prior to the services.

Smith Funeral Home, Winder, is in charge of arrangements.
