COMMERCE - Thomas Farr Siegel, 62, died Thursday, May 24, 2012, at St. Mary's Hospice House in Bogart.

Born June 13, 1949, in Franklin, Ga., he was the son of Helen Hipp Siegel of Commerce and the late Abe Siegel. He was raised in Hogansville. Mr. Siegel was a United States Navy veteran of the Vietnam Conflict and lived in Chicago for 15 years before returning to make his home in Commerce in 2010.

Survivors include his daughter, Tiffany Quinn, Jefferson; and grandchildren, Ryan Hill, Whitney Hill and Chase Hill.

Funeral services were held Saturday, May 26, at the graveside in Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Hogansville with the Rev. David Bowen officiating.

Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home, Hogansville, was in charge of arrangements.
