Posie Michael Henderson, 34, died Saturday, May 12, 2012.
A native of Clarke County, he was the son of Jack Henderson. He worked at Publix. Mr. Henderson was preceded in death by his grandparent, Cosby L. Henderson.
Survivors in addition to his father include, brother, Cosby Henderson; sister, Jessica Henderson; grandparent, Irene Henderson Davis; nephew, Todd Henderson and niece, Anna Henderson.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 16, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Douglas Duncan officiating. Burial will follow at Bluestone Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Randy Lee, Bruce Lee, Chris Willis, Talsey McCollough, Stanley Parr and Ashley Fields.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 15, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Brown Chapel, Danielsville, is in charge of arrangements.

I will miss him dearly....I have known him for over 10 years...he saved my life more than once. My heart is broken.

the posie i knew, reminds me so much of my son, Todd, He was very sweet, at times, big hearted exspecially towards his mom, rather he really showed it or not and exspecially the ladies, he always tried his hardest and his best and gave everything he had at 200% no matter what kind of work he had to do. He was going to make sure he did it right or he just wasn't going to do it at all and he would tell you that to. He spoke his mind. I liked that. Left you open for conversation, sometimes, most of the time. Leave him alone, But The only reason why i know this, is because this is Todd Henderson. My baby. Through and through. I love him very much and so much he reminds me of cosby and posie. So at least i can say as long as i have todd i will always remember how he use to be How funny and silly he was. Rest N Peace. My brother n spirit. your in the best place to be say hi to my mom while your up there shes been there for 11 yrs now. good luck on your new life and new journey my friend.
