COLBERT - Louise Rogers Tyner, 80, died Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Rainbow Retirement Center.

She was the daughter of the late Ira Jackson and Jewell Dean Rogers and was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Samuel Mack Tyner in October 2011. Mrs. Tyner was retired from Jackson EMC.

Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Samuel Mack Jr. and Gale Tyner, Crawford, and Richard Jackson and Revonda Tyner, Royston; sisters, Marion (Jack Darrell) Fortson and Kathline Burton; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Lord & Stephens, Danielsville, on Saturday, May 12, from 6 to 8 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rainbow Retirement Center, 109 Meyers Farm Rd., Arnoldsville, GA.

Lord & Stephens Danielsville is in charge of arrangements.
