Ambus Perry (5-7-12)

ROYSTON - Ambus R. Perry, 95, died Monday May 7, 2012.

A native of Royston, he was the son of the late Luke and Mellie McElreath Perry. Mr. Perry was preceded in death by his wife, Allane A. Perry; and brothers, and sisters. He was a retired mechanic with Wade Ford of Atlanta and was a World War II Army Veteran.

Survivors include sisters, Martha Black and Grace Robertson; brothers, Lamar, Robert, and L.G. Perry; and brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held Wednesday May 9, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Lee Adams officiating.

Brown Chapel, Danielsville, was in charge of arrangements.
