COMMERCE - Pat Chadwick Duran, 74, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2012.
He was with the Banks County Sherriff's Office for eight years where he was a Chaplain, and he was a Baptist Minister. He loved gospel music and art. He also loved his children.
Survivors include wife of 39 years, Sarah Duran; sons, Troy Duran (Cyndi), Lawrenceville, Roy Duran, Commerce, and Chris Duran (Amy), Athens; daughter, Ashley Duran, Commerce; brother, Ray Duran (Mae Lois), Splendora, Texas; and grandchildren, Kandi Duran, Jessica Duran, Patrick Duran and Lucy Duran.
Funeral services were held Monday, May 7.
Lawson Funeral Home, Hoschton, was in charge of arrangements.
